Sharing thoughts on what your members and friends are truly passionate about will bring out the best in each person. Having a place for people to voice their opinions will allow everyone to get to know each other better at a deeper level.
Each member or friend will be much more involved, especially those that communicate better in writing. There are many of us who communicate much better in writing than speaking and the more you can engage your members in the way that they prefer most, the more likely they will be involved. Let your members and friends speak out and they will feel more involved and want to invite their friends into your association or circle of friends.
